Great service.

I bought a phone for my fiancé because her old one just wasn’t cutting it, but it turned out to be SIM locked. I thought ordering from this company would be straightforward, but after placing my order, I didn’t hear a peep for over a week. I shot them an email asking for a status update, and all I got back was a generic automated reply. After waiting three business days, I reached out again for any news on the unlock code, but still no reply. Now, it’s been another three business days, and I’ve sent one last email asking for a refund. Given what I’ve seen in other reviews and my own experience, I’m not holding my breath for a smooth resolution; I might have to involve my bank. To make matters worse, they charged my account twice, totaling $70, and I have no clue why. This is hands down one of the worst tech sites I’ve ever dealt with. I’m really let down and might have to report them to the FTC for what feels like fraud.

EDIT: It’s been six days since they responded to my review, and they haven’t done a thing with the info I gave them. I can’t stress enough how incompetent and shady this company is. This is straight-up fraud, and I’ve already reported their site to the FTC. I can’t warn you enough to steer clear of this company. I just hope my experience helps others avoid falling victim to their scams.
